Medications may be refilled
in the following ways:
1. Click on the PHARMACY tab
of this website (to the left of this screen) and order the medication. Non-prescription
medications and supplies will be shipped directly to you with no to minimal
shipping costs. Prescription medication requests will be reviewed by
Dr. Themel and then shipped to you at no to minimal shipping costs.
If the prescription medication request is incorrect, we will attempt to phone
or email you to explain the problem.
Please note that by law prescriptions for medications are good for one year.
Many prescriptions require an examination and lab testing to be refilled.
If you are requesting a prescription medication for your pet or a refill on
a medication and we have not seen your pet in the last year, please phone
or email our office to schedule an appointment.
2. Phone your
request to our office at 517-881-9887. If you receive the voice mail,
please press option number 3 and leave a detailed message. One of our
staff will review the request and call you back to confirm the information
and request.
3. Email your
request by clicking the link below and send us a detailed request, including
your credit card information. Our Vet Centric pharmacy has a
greater variety of products and a shopping cart format for billing, but in
most cases buying medications directly from us will save you money.
We will match competitors prices (please include a link to the lower
priced product you are requesting in your email request). One of our
